Competition Terms and Conditions

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

• Winners will be notified via the specific social media platform on which the promotional competition is hosted. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to notify the winner, however, in the event that the Promoter is unable to reach the winner within at least 12/24 hours depending on prize dates of the random selection which was used to select the winner, then a new winner shall be selected.

• Winners are selected by HD Markets appointed third party associates.

• The promotional competition includes everyone.

• Entry to the promotional competition is free. However, in order to win you will have to mention a minimum of 10 friends and make sure you follow all our social media platforms.

• The winner stands a chance to win R500 or double the amount(R1000) when they have a live trading account with HD Markets.

• Prize winners will be notified by HD Markets using the appropriate personal details of the persons concerned which it has on record. HD Markets reserves the right to publish the name(s), surname(s) and/or photograph(s) of the winner(s) and the winner(s) consents to such publication.

• The winner will be required to send an active working number where the money can be sent via e-wallet.

• HD Markets also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition under the Competition Act of 1998.
